Product Description

Keep your machines tension mechanism up to date with this tension calibrator. This is a must have tool for every stringer. The tension calibrator helps to maintain your stringing machine. Provides tension range in both pounds and kilograms.

1.Rotate the turntable of your stringing machine around 90 degrees to the machine base. Then position the clamp base at the center of the turntable.
2.Attach one string to one end of the tension calibrator. Be sure to use the string clamp to secure the string.
3.Attach another string to the other end of the calibrator.
4.Place the string that is attached to the other end of the calibrator into the string gripper.
5.Using normal procedures, pull the string until the tension is reached.
6.Observe if the tension indicated on the tension calibrator is the same as the tension indicated on the stringing machine.
7.Make any necessary adjustments.
