I had a bout with tennis elbow, so I bought a Prokennex 5G and quit using poly. My arm healed and I was missing poly strings, so i strung up my 5g with BAM. I have always loved the added control and spin that a good ploy imparts, but this string takes it to a whole other level. I am hitting shots that were not possible before.
The best part is that my arm feels great with the combination of the 5G and the BAM.
