Our Policy

Orders
Once you place an order, our warehouse immediately gets notified, and we start packing
your products and prepare it to get shipped. All orders placed after 2:30 P.M. on weekdays, will get sent out the next business day. All orders placed on weekends, will get shipped out on the following Monday.

Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Paypal is also accepted as one of our payment methods. For all domestic orders, we
accept money orders. If you are an international customer, we also accept western union and bank transfer.

Shipping
We offer many different shipping methods depending on how fast you would like to receive your order. For all U.S Customers, we offer the following shipping methods:

FedEx Ground (1-5 business days)

FedEx 2nd Day Air (Guaranteed in 2 business days)

USPS First Class Mail (3-5 business days)

USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)

USPS Express Mail (2 business days/Next day to major cities)

When we confirm an order, we will only reveal the last four digits of your credit card number. Our secure shopping cart has a 256-bit secure sockets layer encryption. The Tennis Depot always makes sure that all personal information is used for billing purposes only.

Cancellations & Returns
All orders must be cancelled within 7 days from the time you made the order. All returns must be returned within 30 days from the date of the order. Original invoice is required on all returns. Any opened packages or packages that look like they were used, will not be accepted. It must be in original packing and they must be in brand new condition. Returns may be subject to 10% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returns and must obtain & maintain proof of receipt.
